Associate / Associate Director – Industrial & Logistics

An internationally active architecture studio is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to join its Industrial & Logistics team in London. This is a pivotal appointment within a practice that has built a strong, long-standing reputation in the sector, with a well-established pipeline of large-scale logistics, distribution and industrial projects across the UK and Europe.

The role sits at the heart of the studio's ambition to bring a more design-led, considered approach to industrial and logistics architecture — a typology that is increasingly relevant but often underserved creatively. You will take ownership of projects and client relationships, while contributing directly to the strategic growth and positioning of the sector within the practice.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and coordination of complex, large-scale schemes, managing consultant teams and maintaining strong client-facing relationships. The role offers a genuine balance of technical delivery and strategic input, with clear scope to step into a more senior leadership position as the team grows.

Candidates should be operating at Associate or Associate Director level, with demonstrable experience delivering industrial, logistics or similarly complex large-scale buildings. Strong Revit skills are essential, with Rhino experience advantageous. Commercial awareness, confident client management and a genuine interest in elevating the quality of everyday building types will be highly valued.
