Global Director of Architecture

This is a rare senior leadership opportunity within a globally recognised, design-led architecture studio at a defining moment in its evolution. The practice has an established international reputation across large-scale urban, masterplanning and architectural projects, and is entering a significant new phase of growth. The role is ideally suited to an ambitious Associate Director ready to step into broader leadership, or an established Director seeking a more visible and internationally connected platform.

This is a genuinely outward-facing position that extends well beyond project delivery. You will lead complex architectural work across London and international markets, build and strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development and help shape how architecture is positioned and developed across the wider studio. The practice is looking for someone with presence, perspective and the commercial confidence to operate across both creative and strategic conversations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong and distinctive design sensibility, alongside proven experience delivering complex, large-scale or international projects. You will be comfortable leading presentations and client relationships at senior level, and will bring a thoughtful, inquisitive and non-formulaic approach to architecture. Experience across workplace, hospitality, education, mixed-use or internationally focused typologies is particularly relevant.
