The Role
Growing retrofit specialist with a strong heritage pipeline. Part III or equivalent, with demonstrable sustainability knowledge. The studio is at the forefront of EnerPHit and Passivhaus retrofit in historic buildings.
What You'll Do
Deliver retrofit and refurbishment projects across residential and civic sectors
Advise clients on thermal performance improvement within conservation constraints
Produce planning and listed building consent applications
Coordinate with energy consultants and structural engineers
Contribute to the studio's growing expertise in EnerPHit methodology
What You'll Bring
ARB registered or equivalent
Experience in both heritage and sustainability — these are not in conflict here
Familiarity with PHPP, SAP, or similar energy modelling tools preferred
Strong communication skills — clients range from private homeowners to heritage trusts
Genuine passion for the intersection of old buildings and low energy design
