The Role
Associate position at an award-winning landscape practice delivering urban public realm and estate masterplans. A studio that genuinely values ecology, place, and craft in equal measure.
What You'll Do
Lead landscape design from competition stage through planning and delivery
Build and maintain client relationships across public sector and developer clients
Oversee junior staff output and contribute to the studio's growing associate team
Support business development through bid writing and networking
Manage external consultant teams including ecologists and engineers
What You'll Bring
Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) or working towards chartership
Minimum 6 years' experience across a range of scales and sectors
Excellent technical knowledge — planting design, surfacing, drainage
Confident communicator with experience presenting to planning committees
A genuine interest in ecology and landscape-led urbanism
