The Role
Join a leading conservation practice working on Grade I and II* listed buildings across London and the Home Counties. The studio is renowned for its rigorous approach to heritage and its commitment to craft.
What You'll Do
Lead delivery of complex heritage projects from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion
Liaise with Historic England, local conservation officers, and specialist contractors
Mentor junior members of the conservation team
Contribute to the studio's thought leadership and bid writing
Work across a mix of ecclesiastical, residential, and civic heritage projects
What You'll Bring
ARB registered with Part III or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in conservation and listed building work
Familiarity with Historic England guidelines and planning policy
Strong hand-drawing and measured survey skills preferred
Excellent communication skills — you will be client-facing
