The Role
Client-facing design leadership role at a specialist workplace consultancy serving FTSE 250 occupiers. You will shape how some of London's most recognisable organisations think about their offices.
What You'll Do
Lead workplace strategy and design projects end-to-end
Facilitate client discovery workshops and present to C-suite audiences
Produce inspiring design concepts that respond to workplace strategy briefs
Oversee delivery coordination with fit-out contractors and base build teams
Develop the practice's intellectual property around workplace research
What You'll Bring
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Workplace Design
7+ years' experience with at least 3 in a leadership capacity
Proven track record delivering projects for major occupier clients
Strong commercial acumen — you understand budgets and programmes
Excellent presentation skills; confidence with board-level audiences
